Default Fountain factory retailing boats direct?

Noticed a lot of late model Fountains for sale in the OSO classified recently from Washington, NC. Is Fountain selling boats direct to the public now? If so, that is a real nice touch considering the dealers out there with whole inventories of Fountain/ Baja products suffering from "lot rot."
