Assuming::: A gross weight increase of 15K lbs for the heavier 16V 2000 M93 engines (8,840 lbs vs 5,617 lbs) over the Cat C32 engines, the drives are basically the same weight, the gears are heavier but 15K lbs will cover all that. The boat should reach 69-72 mph with the 2400's at 98K lbs.

Planes like a normal powerboat. Very little bow rise.

That meets their goal of 70..A good lookin 80' Condo that does 70mph..:cool:
