How many friends of yours have quit boating?
Sheesh.......I dont about you guys but Im up to about 5.......bunch of these cruiser guys I know, good people, great party boats, arnt putting their boats in the water, leaving them drydocked, were talking 28 ft Cadorettes and a 35 Carver.......not small boats.....how about you guys?

not yet!!!

Not to be harsh, but everyone I know that's left the sport wasn't a boater to begin with. They were people who liked partying near water. Guys that liked the sound of "dinner and drinks at the club" or liked running 20 minutes for a 3-day boozefest tied to a different dock.

Chris is exactly right.
|
Chris youd never be harsh........:drink:
|
Most of the crowd I hang out with sold their perf boats and joined the cruiser or pontoon croud or they hardly use them anymore...
At one time there was a good 10-15 of us, every weekend was something new, now I'm lucky if it's just me and one or two other boats... It must be a survival of the fittest kind of thing..... |

I've checked in on that previously. Wife says "no go". |
Don't know anyone that's quit, but I've heard a lot of complaining.
