Holes in Drives
Has anybody ever drilled more holes in bravo drives. I would like to get more water flow through the motor and thought that somebody told me that they did this before..
Appreciate any info on this thanks....

Get some independent water pick ups and plump the drive water to act as a drive shower.
Notwithstanding I think the bravo holes bring enough water to most engine Bravos can accomodate.

Do you have...
Low Water Pickups? (4 holes in the nose of the bullet)
Side Water Pickups? (6 holes or so on either side of the lower)
or Dual Water Pickups? (both sets of holes)
If you have one or the other, switch to a lower with dual.
If you have Side Water Pickups, you can chamfer the holes and make a little more of a channel for the water to enter the front side of the holes, which will increase a few pounds on some applications.

Also try plugging the top hole or two on both sides, on boats with high X's you can suck air through them. Not uncommon. Start with just one whole and go from there, you can tap the existing hole with a 1/8" pipe tap and screw a pipe plug into it.

you could just get a Bob's nose cone with the low water pickup.
