only been in twin 525 one. Once it hit about 74ish to the top speed of 83ish it would just wave at all the lookers. Nothing bad, but the feeling i got was that it just wasn't packing enough air to ride on. Two years ago the sonic rep at the Jacksonville Poker run said they were building one with 700's. I haven't seen any of the sonic built ones yet or heard about them...so who knows how it would work with more power. Though i do like the style of the boat..just not the hop.

I looked at one in St Joe, MI with procharged engines. It ended up in Florida the last I knew. Liked the cabin, hated the insurance, bought the BT. Did not ride in the boat, the owner was out of the state at the time and the broker needed him along. Heard high 90's.
