Very sad news...
I was there and only 100 yards away the boat was real loose caught some air and kited flipped onto their roof and the wind sheild blew out into the air
it took the rescue boat about 2 minutes to get there and they were knocking on the hull with no responses 3 minutes after the flip the diver jumped in from the chopper and went in it was not a good scene
and as far as the jet ski totally separate 5 to 10 minute later on 78 there was a report of a jet skier got ran over by a spectator boat

Reading this saddens me ... God Speed for the gentlemen that have lost there lives . May God be with the familys during this tragic time.

I saw the boat they pulled it to the dock and it was a mess.I was told that they removed the front part of the roll bar in the canopy for better vision. This made the canopy implode when it rolled. The deck was collapsed and the side of the boat was missing. What a shame. RIP my condolences

i was at the race all weekend and spoke to this team, including driver and throttles on Friday. They were excited about running on there home turf. So very sad and we all should all pray for their families.
