I have been down that road. Lesson learned and now (I speak for many guys out there) I set aside MY time to go out and play. One example is snowmobiling my azz off, ripping up some trails and just pegging it against the bar on a huge straightaway for a mile or so-------you can fill in what you do when the wife/girlfriend is not around.

Excellent. That's the way you do it.

Stecz, your reasoning is perfect as well, as we already know.

First boat was named Therappist........ex hated the water so it was my way of blowin off steam. Got rid of her and kept everything else, boat, race car, house. She got my daughter only because the courts thought she would be better off with her mother....I still don't think that was a good choice.

Whenever I see a divorce thread with Marc's involvement, I check it. It was his, (their's) BT that made us know it was the "Our Compromise" compromise for us.

When I was selling a high performance boat to a married guy, I usually warned him:

"This boat is either going to bring you and your partner closer, or finish off the relationship."

Most guys said it was the boat that brought them together in the first place.

With me I had more luck with the girlfriends liking the the boat than the wives.
