Recommendations for engine builder in VA/MD/DC area?

Looking to get some quotes to tear into my blown up whipple EFI GENVI motor and get it fixed. Anyone recommend a marine engine shop that can dyno an EFI whipple motor?

I agree. Dave did my engines and I couldn't be happier. He has a dyno on-site.

MD builder

Nothing against Dave, I don't know him, but another builder, Burtonsville Machine off I95 near Laurel does great work. 301-490-3131. Steve, who does most of the boat engines has owned a very fast Fountain for many years and has built engines for myself and some other OSO members. They do great work and have a rock-solid repuation.
