Default Bad day on the way to the river…..

I was on my way to the river for a Sunday afternoon cruse as I was rounding a curve there was a car in my lane coming head on at me, there was nothing I could to avoiding hitting the car. The impact sent my truck in the air and sliding down the road. My boat trailer then hit the car. The boat came off and stopped on side of my truck.

Good news is no one is my truck was hurt.

My feelings to out to the guy in the cars family he was not as lucky.

My boat was not hurt, just a few nicks that can be wiped off. My trailer is gone I ordered a new one today.

What a ride…….

Someone put this on this on youtube.....

Man, I was wondering if you were going to post. I got there shortly after you left. Scared the crap out of me when I realized it was your boat. Glad you and Robin are all right. One of the locals sat in a lawn chair and video'd the whole thing, figured it was going to show up on you tube soon. Let me know if you need anything.

Dogghouse,

Glad you and the boat are ok but you probably should delete this thread until the "mess" is sorted out. Lots of assumptions could be made by an opposing attorney based on things posted here. I would only want official/ under oath statements admitted into the case, not OSO posts.......

Thank you for your concern. Its real cut and dry what happened. There were 10 to 15 people outside that saw everything. They have already giving there written statements and I’m 100% not at fault according to the state police. I had my attorneys on site right after it went down just to make sure no questions were brought up. But like I said there was nothing I could do.
