I also noticed that it was side by side vs staggered.

The red one. I believe that was the first pleasure model. Likely to be the only one with a cabin.

The one I'm doing(the orange and silver one) also has a cabin. I don't have any pics on this computer. Will post some later.

does the red one have a diff bottom ? Anyone know the perf diff i know side by side vs staggerd. Most people say the red one's not as desirable as the orange sit down?? Any input??

Because it was built with Baja? Maybe the naysayers just like sitdowns and staggard boats.

I climbed in the first pleasure boat at Skater. It wasn't yet painted. It had a roomy cabin and cockpit. Everybody is different. I prefer a stand up pleasure boat with room to move around.

I raced the bravo boat with Welling in '04. Great boat and a very nice ride.

what year was the stand up pleasure boat built??

It was during 04 season. I don't know when it was completed. When I saw it there was no power or rigging in it.

My understanding was someone at Baja hired Peter to design and build a boat. By the time the mold was complete the guy was gone and Baja had no remaining interest in it. Then Peter Built a race boat to see how his design worked.

Why is the Red one still at LCM. I know LCM has issues but I would think someone would have bought this boat. New 2005? What gives?
