how to get bow lift

actually the first place to start is with prop rotation and prop type. Maybe higher rake? what have you tried so far? not sure what you would do to a hull . . . add rocker?

Weight in the bow of the boat is a big game changer.
Weight in the stern seems to have a pretty big effect as well.
Propwise:
Less blades= (less stern lift) which translates to more bow lift
smaller diameter= (less stern lift) which translates to more bow lift
round ear blades= more bow lift
Hullwise:
Making sure there is no hook has got to help bow lift.
(It feels impossible to lift the bow when you have a hook)
A little bit of rocker in the hull seems like it would assist trim induced bow lift
Not sure about the chines- maybe larger/wider strakes would help but not sure on that one.
