In similar fassion, with construction thefts, it is often the guys who installed a furnace for example, who come back and steal it. I mean the employees, not the business owner.

I hear ya on that. We had a customer that had his entire kitchen stolen from a job site. We are talking SubZero refridge, Viking Stove (over 40"), Dishwashers, Wine Coolers, Sink..... It takes 5 people just to move some of that stuff and never mind all the time. Some of these guys have brass balls!!!
