Default Hitch stolen in Key West

Someone stole the Rapid hitch off the back of my truck in KW. I usually take it off when I'm not towing but I loaned my truck to someone and they left it on. I think it happened at Conch Republic. I doubt anyone saw anything but I figure it's worth asking. Heres what it looks like.

HA, I was trying to think up as gay joke but phragle beat me too it. Seriously that suks, my dad had a adjustable weight dist. hitch stolen on time while camping in Canada couple yrs ago. I forget what he paid for one on a Sunday night they were trying to leave, something way stupid like 800 bucks or something. I am pretty diligent about either locking hitch pin or receiver removal since then. Sorry for your luck, phucking thieves, bummer you didn't catch them, it be cool to beat the shat outta them with the very hitch they were lifting.

locking pins for hitches are a must. It wouldn't be the first time some drunk a-hole thought it would be funny to pull a hitch pin and see what happens. In a way you are lucky they took the whole hitch and not just the pin as happened to OSO Steve I think

Default Saturday noon it was there

We were leaving on Saturday saw it on the truck as we left town. We were talking about 5th wheels vs trailer balls' and I think it was Larry driving in front of us.
