Spectre has indoor secure storage on the west coast of Florida. Jay also has a full service facility including warranty, paint and glasswork - my old boat will look brande new come spring!

Did NOT happen in Florida - not that it would not.

How much does a six weigh??? They look really freekin' heavy!

Don't see how a driver could sleep through that?

How big was the boat? Just a 30' with trailer and vehicle puts the outdrives 40'+ behind the driver. I think it would be pretty easy not to hear it! IMO

Either way, that sucks! Sorry Man!

Those drives weigh 345 lbs. each, according to Mercury, not sure if that includes the gimal assy. Plus you got to figure they used electric impact wrenchs, to remove them. Not that quiet when operating taking nuts loose. Really makes you think twice about leaving you boat ont he trailer overnight.

I think he owns LICK THIS which is a 46' Skater that I saw in KW on a HUGE gooseneck behind a large Ken/Pete.

So, it would be a LONG way from the driver sleeping.
