Default Oil temp sending units

Hey guys, I've seached all the posts trying to find the best place for a easy oil temp sending units. I have #2 502 gen 5 motors. I have gauges already in the dash, I have no oil coolers, just remote oil filters. Both motors are stock. Whats the best way to do this? Also need some info on water pressure sending units, ( where can I mount them, what do they look like)?

You don't need sending units for water psi guages. They are mechanical. You attach a compression fitting to the block drain or tap the intake manifold. Run 1/8" plastic tubing from there to the guage.
