In the News isn't known for that. For Boat Pix, it was definitely common practice. Probably a mistake.

In FL if you accept the package you are entitled to pay for it. Something similar happened to my neighbor who owns a repair shop, someone came in and gave him (or he thought) some free magazines. They did this for a few months. He then recieved a bill for the magazines and refused to pay it. After paying some legal fees he was also on the hook for a few hundred in magazine subscriptions he didnt want in the first place.

I received a message today from "In The News" questioning why I haven't I paid the invoice...I returned their call and explained I never agreed to ordering or purchasing a plaque and that I never accepted the delivery. I also explained that I don't want to hear from them again!:rolleyes:

Good for you. Boatpix was a crock. Sounds like In the News does SOME of the same. Good to know many are happy with them, but if I was in your shoes I'd be ticked too. Hope they stay away.
