Interesting idea... This is how the guy in Annapolis is doing his house in Edgewater.

In layman's terms, I think that they are trying to sell 31,000 tickets at $50 each wich equates to over $1.5M. He agreed to a sale price (in a down Market) of $899K and anything above that pays the taxes and goes to the charity.

I'm not sure how the raffle on the TG would go but if it's under $1000 I'm in.......
