You guys are getting way to techinal,is just something that came to mind.I have a 2000 35 top gun that you couldn't turn over or spin out if you wanted to. Every time I read about the new fast TS Cig's they always wind up talking how they are easy to spin out or roll. If this happened lots of times, then there could be a problem.

AMEN!!! There are some A$$holes out there that just want to sue just to try and make a point even if nothing was done wrong! Kinda like they have a hidden agenda of their own or they are all screwed up in the head or something!
