I have a friend interested in purchasing a 36 foot cruiser. Boat is a 2003 and is immaculant but his personal bank is uninterested in giving him credit. He has 700 plus credit score and a 40% deposit, where can I advise him to go for a loan ??

I have good 700+ credit and my credit union hits me for 8-9% every time I want a loan. I pay it because I usually only have them for a short period, but they are vultures.
