Auto e-mail notification not working?

I've noticed that I am not getting e-mail notifications for my last few threads I started yesterday. Yes, I always check the "Email Notification" box for any threads that I start.

Sorry if this has already been discussed.

I have grown accustom to this feature as well and have noted a drop off. Wasuuuup?
