I'm tuned in. I was just talking to a friend about this today. Anyone doin it?

Yeah! whats the big deal .Who said you got to run alum heads with a blower.Alum heads just give you the chance of running a little more comp or boost. They get rid of the heat faster.I ran a blown flat bottom with iron heads. Everybody don't have the money for alum.Get a good set and go for it. JOHN

Took some work, 1000 HP, 89 octane, Merlin heads, did it back in 93 or so. I'd have to look at the dyno sheets, but I think it was about 8 lbs. Lifters every 75 hours, springs & valves at 250. Still running at 400 plus when I pulled it apart.
