Great News!! After much work & help investigating (thanks to many of you fellow boaters) Phil the scammer is being indicted on over 7 counts of Grand Theft & Fraud on Oct 3 in King County Court. I think the arraignment is at 9 am, hope the media is present. Hopefully this will put a End to his BS, cheers

After 3 delays in sentencing, Phil Warnock got 19 months in prison & almost $300k to pay in restitution, at least he won't be screwing people out of more $ for a while. I know he deserved a lot more, at least he got nailed & hopefully he while get it while locked up. Thanks for all the help you guys.
cheers

He will spend 12 months which does not seem like a lot, but in prison he would be worthless for paying restitution. Not that he will ever pay it but at least he would be available to.

Some states allow victims with a restitution agreement to seize money from prisoner accounts over x amount of dollars. Granted he's probably only making $.30/hr mopping floors or stirring pots in the kitchen, but he has a presumably well-to-do wife and the holidays are approaching. Food for thought.

Sure, it might only be 15-20 bucks, but at this point it's about making this a$$clown remember why he's there and who he wronged. $15-20 bucks on commissary day will leave an indelible mark.
