Very sketchy inlet also...... It is listed on nav. charts as a drainage/flushing inlet...Not Navigatable. The inlet is blind on the ocean side, meaning from the ICW side you can't see out the inlet so if you make a pass at speed and encounter a 30 ft Sea Ray it will be new underwear for both captains.......if you both don't end up on the rocks!

That is a crazy inlet. I could stay there all day watching the boat traffic navigate it.

150 m.p.h. and no life vests? Thanks a-hole. That's why my insurance rates are so high.

We went in that inlet last winter with my 37 and it is interesting to say the least.

No OUR insurances are high because everyone that has the smallest problems CLAIM it and they know they broke it from mis-use.. Instead they use the Under Water Realestate excuse!! Or they blow a motor and say they sucked a Bag from the water.... THAT IS WHY THE INSURANCE IS SO HIGH!!
There are more A** holes out there then 6 people going fast in a 50' boat!!
just my .02 cents....
