Brand New twin turbo volvo in a 2007 Stingray, got to see
Came across this on ebay. I have to say this is the first, I wonder what those "Turbo's" do for the warranty.

Turbo's on a stock small block!!!
Unless they are going to offer an iron clad warranty on that motor, I'd run away from this "Deal" as quick as your little feet can carry you! There is no way a stock Volvo GM 5.7 small block with cast pistons and crank and rods will take 6 pounds of boost in a boat and stay together for any length of time. Unless that engine is purpose built with all forged internals and set up for turbocharging, that motor will be like playing russian roulette with three or four bullets in the magazine! Just my professional opinion.

Sometimes you just gotta ask, "Why?"...

Wonder how hot them turbos get with no water or insulation surrounding them? Looks like a recipe for a nice fire to me.
Oh, Ray, Russian Roulette is best played with a revolver. If you play with a semi-automatic pistol you have a 100% change of getting a bullet.

It looks like the turbos are dry, don't they water cool turbos in boats. If they are dry and get red like in a automotive app., that would be alot of heat under the hatch. Doug

Looks like the sunpad doubles as a grill top. Eggs over easy, anyone?!
