No but a close family member does, as well as the late Don Aranow, why do know more than all the evidence what the DA came up with???

It will be very tough to get Mr. Kramer released from incarceration. Remember, its only OK to kill someone, if the government tells you to do it, i.e. wars and conflicts. A good chance of being released for any prison inmate with an extensive record is a pardon by a Governor or by a President leaving office. Otherwise, one would need a judge showing mercy and no one to dispute the claims of what had happened to get them incarcerated in the first place. Its a very long, uphill battle. I wish all those involved the best of luck. Its not going to be easy.

OK take Don out of the picture, Ben was a known drug traffiker, hell he had drugs @ Apache when the feds busted him. and seized his boat in Michigan, I am all about making money, and yes Don Aranow was a very good business man that new how to make money, but just because you are too dumb to realize you are just another business deal you have to kill the guy...come on. I am not saying that what Don did was right, but Ben was a very big wana be that looked up to Don, but would never be him; as long as Don was around. Don't get me wrong, he was a hell of a racer but just not as savy of a business man, and with a very checkerd pass he was not going to make it like Don did.......

Well actually his boat never made it to MI.....I t was turned around in GA or somewhere like that and was confiscated when it crossed back into FL and taken to the Cape!!!!
