You could talk to the Homicide Detective that investigated the case. I think he is retired, but I am sure he will explain it in the clearest terms.

Hey Kramer kid,
I know its not easy sitting on this side of the fence when you had your dad behind bars for the last twenty more years. I lost mine about the same age you lost yours , 19-20 right? so I know the frustration of not having your dad around. You should get together with the kids of Don Aronow and make peace, I am sure they miss their dad as well so you should have something in common. I am sure you will get better answers from them about who made Apache or any other powerboat than all of us on this post. As a matter of fact, go to Wikipedia, it has a good resume on Don Aronow's history and it does mention your father as well.....now think about Don Aronow's kids, write to them and let me know if they think they would like to contribute to your saving operation. Now please, for the respect of other people's grief, get some help but not this way.

Ben is serving a life sentence for money laundering, not murder.

So, if we assumed that Ben's PRIDE led him to order the killing of Don Aronow...

...why the hell would he have waited almost TWO YEARS to do it?

Did he have anything to Gain by saying He DID Do It? If he didn't do it, why would he claim he did? Just to ensure he never got out? I don't think so.....

He didn't claim he did it he claimed "No Contest" so he could get out of Metro Dade as the accomodations aren't very appealing!!!!
