I'll weigh in here....for one post only.

I have said repeatedly that the Aronow/Kramer thing (and I knew both men) was a conflict between two tough guys. Neither one knew how to give an inch... Ben may or may not have had Don killed, but the simple fact is he could have ...and because of that he was the more dangerous of the two .....and probably tougher...at least on the street.

I can say this. I was never fearful of Aronow, but I would NEVER have crossed Ben. So in my mind there is no contest.

Neither guy was an altar boy and neither is worthy of hero worship IMHO..... but in all fairness.. Ben reportedly did some major league stuff and certainly paid, and continues to pay, the price. If Aronow, in fact, cheated Ben in a business deal...as the song says..."You don't pull on Superman's cape, you don't spit into the wind, you don't pull the mask off the ol' Lone Ranger, and you don't mess around with BEN!"

As far as young Kramer is concerned.....tell your dad..I said hello...
