Frank I thought GL was our king. ;) |
Myself?
I'd rather be running than first. If you can have both, great. After seeing GL's rig and 650 heading back to Burlington Sunday, I'd have to say he's at least King of The Road  That sucker's HUGE! I haven't even had a chance to clean my plugs:mad: |
Hope everyone has a great labor day weekend....i'll be out in Napa Valley thinking about the lake while i'm sipping wine (which i realy dont like but hey, its nappa valley)....hopefully when we get back I'll have Kasey talked into a new boat!

Hey!!! I was out also... Me and Doc ran for about an hour...
Went from Peru launch to bottom of Shelburn Bay (we split the ferry to Port Kent at about 115 eaach!) then fly by in Burlington and putputed through the breakwater than up to buzz the ferries at Cumberland Point.... Then back to each others ramp... Ran for about an hour mixing up the revs to break in our new engines (one new one each !) maxed out at about 125 coming back South from the Cumberland Ferries, then did a couple one mile take off runs in Malletts Bay preparing for the speed runs we will do in Quebec weekend of Sept 12th.... Maxed out at 116 mph after one mile still gaining speed so once we empty the 220 gallons currently of 93 OCT in the tanks, throw in 100 or so gallons of 110 OCT and crank up the boost on the mills we should be close to 125-130 which should be enough. Here's a picture to add color to the boring text! We are picking up a Silverton 31C this weekend on the lower Hudson. We'll spend the next 3 or 4 weeks bumming around the Hudson River and NYS Canal System. See ya on the water, :drink: Frank |
