survey in richmond area

i have a friend looking to get a survey on a bank repo boat just outside richmond can somebody recommend a surveyor in that area

I used to use a surveyor in N. Va that would come down here but can't remember his name. Only repo lot I know of is Commonwealth boat brokers. Is that it? I live about a mile from there and the guys know me there. I can take a look if he hasn't already.
