You know I can't recall how many times I have had to hear people whine about promoting this sport. In this case, Jeff risks his own investment in the true entrepreneural spirit to provide a service to people . Where is the problem here??? Since when does anyone own air space?? What's wrong with a little competition???

Nothing wrong with snapping great photos but in the poker run circuit there has been quite a few accidents over the past couple years resulting in millions of dollars of litigation and as a promoter who is liable for the event he is putting on the thought of a rogue helicopter flying among his participants definitely crossed the line.

Jayboat takes great photos as well but he gets permission from the organizer before doing so and everyone is happy.

Maybe Jeff should promote his own poker run, get the liability insurance lined up and shoot all the photos he wants. The way he shot this run and pitched it as a "fun run" was sleazy like "boatpix" would do......not cool..........
