I would like to check out the lake too. I would probably leave early Friday morning, and return on Monday, if its a 5-6 hour drive. Are there any lake side cabins for rent with a private dock that anyone may know about? Or a web site to check out?:cool:

I'll talk to the wife and see if we could make it for that weekend?
Need to see if we could get a babysitter for the weekend to go with us. But more than likely we will go would like to see the that lake. Any others in the Dallas area going to go? How far is PK from Allen? Wheres everyone going to stay? And do accomidations fill up fast at PK?

OutlawBayB, It's ussally a pretty good enviroment , we just drink a lot of beer and hang out, probably be rated pg-13, or occasinally R , but it's not like havasu or loto, Russ it is probably 115 miles from allen and yes accomodations do fill up fast

OutlawBayB I have a 2 year old son that we will bring. What we are trying to do is bring a baby sitter with us so we can have some time without our son on the lake. We just need to figure out which baby sitter can go that weekend. Hopefully one of the collage girls that baby sits for us will be home that weekend. Or ask our neighbor girl to go with us.

We're considering taking our 2 little ones 5 & 2 1/2, but we don't have a sitter or anything to take along. So, either we don't get to party at nite or they don't get to go. But since it'll be my daughter's bday.....I'd feel guilty if I DIDN"T take them.LOL

Perhaps,.......your sitter would want to earn some extra $$$?
