Thanks for the help.

I think I'd hold out a bit before going for a 28, especially one with a swimstep as part of that measure.

I'm ready to buy now for the right deal, but will be patient otherwise as summer's still a bit aways for MI.

Boat is in MC. and is a great boat, 81MPH, what are you looking for?? 55k is not a bad deal for a Scorpion Donzi ZX!

Well, you know what my dream boat was and the deal on it. I don't expect to see that again unfortunately

I don't think that's a bad deal for someone looking for a Donzi, but for that size boats there are lots of deals similar or better. But for me it's not enough of a steal to settle for a boat I don't really want.

I'm not sure what the HP is on those small blocks, but if they're over 400, then NADA is 49 avg retail...... I know NADA isn't too great, but I'm finding it to not be under the pricing these days like it used to always be. I'm also aware that the Scorpions have a big premium on them, but the bank doesn't care.

My credit union (the only place I've had any luck at all with financing approval) will only do 01's and newer. Otherwise I'd have tons more options, like your boat. Thanks though.

This is a foot short but if it sells anywhere near 1st bid it could be a steal especially with the 525.... http://yachtauctions.com/detail.asp?stockNo=20657

Thanks, I've been eyeing that one. Definitely far from a first choice, but for the price might be worth it.
