Need Yokes for BW Transmissions

Does anyone know some one or have two input shafts (yokes)for BW trannies? I need at leaste one maybe two (I have one in the shop some place but have not looked yet).

Like this?? Mine are the driveshaft side and you need the input to the flywheel.

I am looking for the part that goes from the universal and slides through the tail shaft bearing in the tranny.
