I was talking with Larry last night and hear the frustration and stess in his voice.
I took it upon myself to post this. Is there anyone willing to volunteer to help for this event?

I know they need check point boats for along the route.
They need people to help in all areas, with and without boats.
I know medical guys are a huge expense.
plus 1000 other things.
They are also in need of actual sponsors!

Any idea, suggestions or questions, post them. Let’s see if we can help these guys!!

My wife is going to volunteer to pilot and supply a Helicopter which are will help cut a big expense.

It will be a lot of fun and this is a great way to get close to the action and be part of the biggest, best event of the summer.

Thank you!!
Hi Gino: I have been talking with Larry and Brad, and will be helping out with some Deep Impact boats. I will do the race in a 36` Deep Impact open with either triple or quad Verado 350 SCI`s, have to see which is better in the rough ?????
Deep Impact is committed to help. See you there.

If your racing, I probably won't even waste my time. I don't think anyone will have a shot at winning if your racing!!
Truthfully, that would actually be so cool to someday be able to tell my kids and grand kids (which I don't have either yet) that I got to race against Richie Powers!! What an honor!! That even makes it more exciting!!

Thank you all for the support. We are committed to providing the best venue and resources for this great event. There is absolutley no question this economic perfect storm has negatively affected not only the event but also the amount of time, effort, and cash, Larry and I can put forth.

We are looking forward to seeing everyone in Sunny Isles Beach.

Contact the Newport Hotel for great rates

Call Lance directly,

They will extend a special rate of $99.00 per night plus 13 % tax and $10 per day resort fee for a one bedroom suite!!
