in all the years ive been around boats and towed boats ,it seems like cats [tunnel hull] don't seem to be tied down corrrectly ,i have seen alot of them just hooked on the wench strap/cable,,the excuse is its sitting on the bunks/rack in the middle and it can't fall off,,i feel sorry for the driver ,he might not have tied it down or the owner put it on the trailer and didn't strap it down, but still its just an accident and nobody got hurt or killed

Plastic skids or not, tie-down straps or not, whoever was driving that truck needs to find a new line of work, imo. |

A. Nobody was hurt
B. Nortech will make it as good as new C. Owner has had two other 50 NT's so obviously this was just an accident since it hasn't happened on the other two boats. Get over it the boat only received the media coverage since it was a flashy new boat. Had it happened to a ten year old Fountain it wouldn't even have had a black and white 3 inch picture on the 8th page of the paper. |
