It was crazy busy yesterday afternoon on the ride back North, got the boat airborne a few times, and brought back some old stress cracks:eek:, (Mike mentioned something about a Pantera getting beat by a 38 Express Cruiser, and thats all it took, the throttle went into the dash:drink:) I think I am going to patch them one more time and reinforce the transom, just to get thru the summer, then tear the transom out next winter and do it right. We had fun, Jen Loves the Air Conditioned Cabin on the Express, next thing ya know, she is gonna want a cruiser:rolleyes:. Going to Marathon in a few weeks, but lets make plans for a month or so from now. Rick YES THERE WAS A LOT OF BOAT'S ON THE I.C.W. THIS WEEKEND THROWING UP SOME NICE WAVE'S . tab's down throttle foward will get you rite threw it of course you will be catching some air and the 38 e.c. never get's out of the water :) had a good time spent saturday nite at miami marine stadium . during the day frank " redlyne" 28 pantera " rafted up for a while . then on sunday we cruised back to lauderdale and met up with rick and his wife. had a good time, we shell hang out again ,owe and your wife is allway's welcome to chill in the ac cabin to relex for a while . on a side note went out goverment cut and the inlet going out was llike 4 to 6 foot roller's we got about a 10 minute schower until we were able to turn and head north , then i could run inbetween the wave's and it was only like 3 to 4's we cruised at around 35 mph i had to take it real easy with an 8 month old babygirl on board . " i wanted to cruise about 50mph " but that was'nt going to happen :) till the next time mike |
