Default Jet Boat

Anybody ever hear of a TX19 jet boat by Youngblood? Ive been offered a complete boat with new pump no engine for 2000.00. I still have an engine left from my 32 footer to drop in. Trying to make a little profit.

Nice ride for that era of boat. Tx19 if I remember right is a sort of modified tunnel hull, yes? also what kind of pump , Dominator or Berkely? go over to the performance boats site they have a section ....Just For Jets.

If it is in good shape go for it. I used to own a jet....wish I had never sold it, just like a go cart on the water.

Thanks guys, I googled it and this was a very popuar hull. They call it a gull wing. The one Im looking at has a new berkley pump with droop snoot and mechanical jetovator. The hull is in excellent shape, stored indoors and no paint just plain white. I have a 622ci talldeck chevy to drop in. I want to sell the engine but I thought it might sell quiker if its in a boat.

just sold the same boat. very popular hull. excellent performer. with 500 hp that boat should rocket to 70mph+
IMO- if the boat is solid, 2k is a steal, big time!! place diverter/ jetovator alone can be worth 800.00

Set up right if that motor makes over 700 HP you are looking at busting 100 easy!

Default Jet

Had a new one back in the late 70s was set up for drags.Had a berckley pump 2 piece bowl on it and a half a droop snoot, bushed down to 1 3/4 was set up by a guy in mich. by the name of palmer bagwell ."Was running a 331" small block ran 87 in a quarter believe it or not.My hull was super light. It was the year SOUTHWIND TOOK IT OVER OR HAD SOMETHING TO DO WITH THEM OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT ( long time ago). Don't really remember.Just know that small block would smoke them big motors. My 2 cents

I'd be interested in buying it with the power you have. You had better not drive it or you'll keep it.
