First outboard cat to the bridge ( skater of course). purple, yellow and says RAZOR EDGE on the side. Towed into town with the top notch Sterling dump truck ( don't believe me just ask everyone who got shuttled in the back to the marina.. we have pictures)...lol..
Seriously we had an awesome time, saw some old friends and met a hell of alot of new ones, Jim Lee ( freedom) was a pleasure meeting you as was it a pleasure meeting Jim Wiley, Danny, Sean and his wife Tonya ( Wanna Play) Zach and his girl Dana.. The list goes on.

Once again, Bill Pyburn Sr. did an unbelievable job of making this the best event of the entire Summer. He out does himself every year.

Don't believe me? Ask ANYONE that has been.

Thanks Bill. I have started counting days until next year...

Great times, wett times.. fun times.. :)
I'm all for the little competition runs, as long as everyone keeps it safe and low key. Jax run is a good place to hit it a bit. But let's not forget the overall and the real theme of the runs. For fun meet and greet,
We met some great new boaters and hooked up with some old friends. Good times had by all.
The best time? !! :) >>>>>>>>>>

The 1 3/4 hours hot shower I took after stopping at the rest of the card stops after lunch in pouring rain.
In fact.. I'll go now and warm up some more.
It was good to see a good turn out.

See you guys next year.

It was a blast to say the least. I convinced Paul to go this year and now he understands the popularity of this event. The Skater ran flawlessly and we me some cool new friends in another OB Cat. That 32' Spectre Triple is BAD AZZ !!

Thanks Bro. I learned from the Tulsa Pimp himself, B Mo-fo'n LEE.

It wasn't the same without my EDock family though. I expect y'all back next year?

Man, oh, man... the usual great time was had again. Great to see everyone again.
Gotta thank Bill for the hospitality and another unforgettable weekend.

Had a blast with Lori (PicChic), who worked with me this year-
she was on the bridge and in the booth and mostly partyin' with... everyone!
She got some shots Saturday nite that will be classics, I guarantee it.

Wanted to get this composite up that shows the field as they approached Buckman Bridge.
In the top image you can see PP is shutting down and Gino on the right
(ignore that little vbottom directly behind Gino, he was waiting in the river...)

The bottom shot shows Predator and Performance Boat Brokers MTI a bit behind the Mercedes boat and PP pulling off the course.

One other thing... talk about bad timing for us in the chopper- see that F16 in the background of the first shot?
Just as the field took off, we were advised by the tower at the Naval Air Field that we couldn't fly south until that guy landed!:angry-smiley-038:
We had to hold position at the start and just watch the pack take off down the river.
Really piZzed me off. oh well- still got some good stuff. stay tuned!
