Default Dale Hollow

We were thinking of taking the boat to Dale Hollow this July, anybody know of a clean marina that rents transit slips and has bathroom/ showers?

That or should we just go to Cumberland and state dock, what do you guys think?

Might try Ky lake sometime, but State dock is nice.

Both lakes a great, but Cumberland has a lot more to offer. Dale Hollow is a beautiful lake there just doesn't seem to be near the party that Cumberland has. The lakes however are very close,do one for a few days and the other for a few days. Hope this helps.

I'd try Sunset Marina on Dale Hollow I was just there two weeks ago. It's the biggest marina down there and they've got good facilities and a great restaurant!

If you're looking for a party, you're better off at State Dock and visiting Harmon Creek on Cumberland.

Thanks for the lead.
Yea Harmon creek is a party, not sure if the wife wants to just chill for a bit or not. It's been pretty hectic around here for the last few months.
Maybe we will do both, not a bad idea.

Sunset is your place.... Easy access, no problem launching a 32, clean and showers.

Always tell people, if ya want the party hit Lake Cumberland for family, relaxation, cruising and chillin Dale Hollow

Dry county.... pack your fav adult beverage

We stayed at The Moors on Ky Lake a few yrs ago. Very nice place. Visit the Quarries. It's their version of 76 Falls.

The water is clean, maybe not as clear as Cumberland. I recommend the Moors but I also have a place there, anywere on the north end of the lake is good. There's two main party spots the quarry and the sands, smith bay has a big turn out and its more family oriented. If you ever get down this way let us know there's a forum WKYPA in the club section.

Some more info
