Official Rules
1. Eligibility: That’s A Statement Promotion (the “Promotion”) is open to participants that are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. The Promotion contains a contest (“Contest”) and an instant win game (“Prize”).

3. Agreement to Official Rules: By participating in the Promotion, entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and/or Administrator, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Consumer Created Content: The entry for the contest includes creative material from the participant, including but not limited to, consumer created content, by entering the contest each participant is verifying that (1) you are the owner and producer of the submitted material and that no third party ownership rights exist to any material submitted, and (2) you are hereby granting Statement Marine, LLC a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable (through multiple tiers) right and license to use, publish, reproduce, display, perform, adapt, modify, distribute, have distributed and promote such content in any form, in all media now known or hereinafter created, anywhere in the world, for any purpose
