I just talked to the girl at the desk and she says it's a bank repo that came in last week from Dallas. I've seen that boat before but I don't know who the previous owner is.

She has no other information on it but if I had $45,000 lying around I would send a Marine surveyor there to do his thing.

Let me know if you want an opinion.... I live about 10 mins from this place.
