No, please go ahead, say what you want...I would love to see it.

I want clarification first. You have papers from the CG to operate a 100 ton vessel? its a simple yes or no question.

I thought I was clear about it. If I was a licensed 100ton Captain I would have said so.

I have 100ton papers and I would NEVER take an action I knew to be against Maritime law. I don't care if it's the owner himself, I am the Captain and I say what goes and what doesn't go on the vessel. If he wants to replace me at the end of the voyage fine, but while I am the Captain I give the orders not the owner.

Can you see the docks from the channel?
If so wouldn't common sense tell you maybe running a 100' boat putting out a huge wake around docks might not be smart?

You know what,........

NO, you can't.............. The basin is protected on one side by a piece of land owned by the Army Corp.s of Engineers. Coming from the North (East) you can't tell you are about to enter a "slow" zone at all. Coming from the other direction (heading North) it is fairly obvious, there is a long stretch of fixed dock on the left side.

Again though, the signage down there is total schit, always has been. Over the years private land owners have tried to put up no wake signs, and "you are responsible for your wake" signs, no one pays attention until you get right up near the Chesapeake City bridge though.

its not about you admitting or rephrasing anything, Everett. it is about you being a compulsive liar and you will post anything on any forum. Just like you post about how good the supplements you take on the body building forums Mr La Lane...
