This is really going back a looooooong way, and I can't find the threads now (my search-fu is weak, grasshopper), but the Monday Morning NickSlick reports were some of the best reading on here.
And Traviss, with his odd proclivity for sheep.
Not to mention the various and sundry "D Man" threads along with the rest of the West Coast mafia / SCOPE crew. What ever happened to the Devilman? And what was the lady's name that owned Ruckus? That was a killer boat....

Mike, I tried locating the Monday Morning Nickslick reports as well however they either were deleted or are in space...nothing found.

Does anyone remember the one where the guy from Baja faked his own death after scamming some people on engines or something?
I just signed up as "TEAMBAJA" around the time that was going on and people jumped all over me thinking I was him. I didnt have the slightest idea of what was going on, and I didnt even work at Baja till about 2 years after that incident!

Maybe these old threads should have an awards section.
Like the academy awards , and we could nominate and vote.
My personal favorite was Jay's thread about Hurricane Charley. I met him once in Naples and he was a real down to earth guy.
So we could have a drama award , Mini series , reality , comedy , action adventure ....etc.
And what about the airplane on the tread mill?
