I had mine bled in in about an hour and half. Their full of sh** in my opinion.

The manual with my WPM system simply said to crank it from lock to
lock until the fluid in the reservoir is clear and free of air. I've pulled
and replaced cylinders before and done it this way and never had a problem.

Don't hold it at lock for any length of time though.
