For all of us BRAVO BUTTS
Just got confirmation from a buddy at Mercury Racing that they are finally going to relaese the NXT Drive seperatly for all of us that do not want to buy a complete package.
I can tell you from experience a couple summers ago when I was testing the drive in one of Mercurys test boats. Mercury had a 36 BAJA w/ a single 700 and an NXT drive. Part of the routine was to try to break it. In trying to break it we would hole shot it from a dead stop. We tested it for months under those kind of conditions - It Never Broke.... Price starting at 20k each.....:ernaehrung004: |

Does it use a specific bellhousing and inner transom plate or the same as a bravo? . |

I'm sure it will need a different cut out. I've seen the 700 boats at the A.T. factory and they do have a different cut out. I would love to fit a couple of these babies on the backside of my 37.

For what you would be getting into cost-wise, it would seem some Areneson's would be the more cost effective upgrade to a Bravo.
