Default How to calibrate throttles

When I click the throttles up the one engine is faster then the other at lower rpms but seems the same at mid throttle. At WOT the one engine runs about 400 R's less then the one running 5200 according to the tach. Any suggestions?

Prolly just the tach, mine are like that but worse checked the throttles @ wide open on both engines & both butterflies were wide open
