What are these temporary bimini tops called and where can I get one?
I've seen a couple pictures lately of go-fasts with what looks like a temporary bimini top. Basically a single upright with 4 tie downs to the stern and mid cleats.
What are these and where can I get one? Thanks, Kyle |
They are called Anchorshade's. Search online, there are a ton of places to buy them. I have one, and it works pretty good.

they are called anchor shades |
I've got one. They can be had at West Marine. 1st one broke and West gave me a new one no questions asked.
Can not be used under way or in higher winds, but decent for the price. mb. |
Thanks guys. Are they quality, I wasn't expecting them to be made of plastic. I'll check out west marine this weekend, they are great with returns of defective/broken items.

West Marine has a sale that starts tomorrow and they are $137 I believe.

Have 2 Anchor shades and they are nice but as mentioned, cannot be used while underway as they will fold in half.
