midnight express 32cc

hey guys my brother has a 32 cc midnight
i was thinking about taking a mould from it and making it shorter on the waterline so that my surfacedrive runs under the boat and that my fuel tanls batterys etc will be well behind the engines to help bow lift as i use it for a spot of fishing now an then
i would like to keep the weight at around the 5500lbs mark
i would be fitting 1 440hp yanmar diesel or 2 300hp mercruiser diesel
guys what are your thoughts on this
cheers gerard
