I just want to point out something......

In your video you are cruising in the 4000-4300 rpm range.

Did anybody catch the boost? This guy did. One motor was at 8 pounds and the other was at 10 pounds of boost.

This is the same rpm range you said you were at when you smoked both motors. As the video shows, your motors are pretty loaded at that rpm range, we can see by your boost levels. 10psi and pump gas can detonate for sure.

Video was nice. Boat sounds great. The video I watched the boat never hit 10 lbs even at 6000 rpm. Most of the time it was 3-8 lbs. Starboard engine may need a little throttle adjustment as the boost and rpm were lower most of the time.
I bet the locals freak out when they see you coming down the river. Enjoy the summer weather that finally arrived just in time for your boat completion.

I watched the video again and did see the port side hit 10 lbs at 4500 probably with heavy throttle. Your cruising boost is nice and low which is good. You may want to look into some blowoff valves for the high water pressure spikes you are getting.
