Nice to see the short video of the ILMOR Donzi running on Lake St. Clair and it sounded great when it flew by.

What I've noticed about exhaust tone is that tailpipe configuration plays a big part in the sound. My buddies Spectre w/ T- 625 Ilmors sounded quite a bit different than mine b/c his pipes exited side by side centered above the drive (like many OL's) My Ilmor 625 Spectre was more typical w/ straight pipes. My Ilmor 710 Skater ramps up from 4" to 5" to accomodate large SS Marine mufflers & has a different sound as well. At the end of the day there is no mistaking the sound of Ilmors V-10. Sweet!

ID- get us a sound bite of that Eliminator!

PS- Now that you have some time on the retro fitted Donzi 725 Indy package how does it compare w/ the previous 710 #6 package?

Time to plane
Cruising Speed
Top Speed
Handling Characteristics (Indy vs #6)

Default 32 Skater

Here's my Skater with modified 550 Ilmor's and #6's. We are just out for a Sunday Cruise. I'm super happy with the Ilmor Power, never have had a problem. Boats been a 126 spinning 32s. Havent done any more testing.

Can't wait to get the F4 up and running with the Ilmor package. I was very impressed by the Donzi in Harrison.
